They treat patients with great compassion and respect. I went to accompany my mother, and I was very impressed by how genuinely interested the doctors were in answering questions, explaining things, and providing guidance, all in a very friendly and helpful manner. Furthermore, it was through an agreement with my health insurance provider, so I found it very positive that they treated all patients with the same courtesy.
La atención me pareció excelente, tanto de los recepcionistas como de la profesional encargada de mi examen. Durante toda la consulta la Dra. Siempere se esforzó por hacerme sentir cómodo y adecuar en la medida de lo posible los instrumentos a mi condición de salud, además de buscar la manera más adecuada de tomar el examen teniendo en cuenta que soy usuario de silla de ruedas. En general prestan un gran servicio.
I tried again to schedule an appointment through the call center and WhatsApp service. I started in position 11 and quickly moved to position 10, but they kept me on hold for 14 minutes, so I gave up. After filling out all the required information via WhatsApp (5 minutes of information), the system told me they didn't have any agents available. Terrible service. I have my visual field and CT scan records with SCO from 10 years ago. I'm going to switch to a different exam provider. Complete neglect of patients. The response they send is a generic document they repeat to all dissatisfied patients to give the impression they're doing something. However, they're not doing anything. The service for requesting appointments by phone is quite poor. I was on hold for 32 minutes. I started at number 17 and slowly moved up the queue, listening to a very annoying recording that kept insisting I had the information ready. After finally reaching number 1, when I thought I was about to be helped, the recording said it was sorry but there were no operators available to take my request, and then it hung up! I called back and the recording again told me I was at number 17! I still couldn't schedule my appointment! SCO is terrible.
