An independent guide to healthcare in Colombia
ColombiaHealthcare.com helps international patients find and contact clinics, hospitals and specialists in Colombia. Today the directory lists 1,047 providers in 10 cities, each with its real Google reviews and direct contact buttons.
The founder
Diederik Kemmerling is an internet entrepreneur based in Aruba. After studying International Business and Languages, specializing in New Media, in the Netherlands and Spain, he worked in e-commerce and online CRM for Douwe Egberts and Sara Lee and with leading digital marketing agencies in the Netherlands.
In 2012 he moved to Aruba and founded The Lab Digital Marketing Agency, which grew to serve clients across the Caribbean, including the Aruba Tourism Authority. In 2017 The Lab, with Diederik as director, won the first Guardian Group Fatum Best in Business Award in Aruba, chosen from six finalists among 63 companies that entered (NoticiaCla, July 2017). He joined the board of the Aruba Chamber of Commerce in 2020 and has been its President since 2024.
Since 2014 Diederik has traveled to Medellín for his own health check-ups and dental care. Friends and contacts in Aruba kept asking which clinics to trust, and there was no clear English-language source. ColombiaHealthcare.com is the answer to that question.

How we keep the directory trustworthy
- Ratings and reviews come from each provider's public Google Business profile. We do not write, buy or filter reviews.
- Phone, WhatsApp and email details come from the provider's own website or Google profile, never from guesswork.
- The Verified badge is shown only after we check the provider in Colombia's official registries (REPS and ReTHUS).
