This Mr. Garrido administered a high-potency corticosteroid directly without verifying the patient's medical history, pre-existing conditions, or allergies. He deliberately failed to inform the patient about the expected side effects and warning signs after the injection. His negligent actions caused an immediate decompensation in the patient, manifested as syncope (fainting) and a severe drop in blood pressure, requiring emergency intervention. Therefore, I consider his conduct completely irresponsible, dangerous, lacking in professional ethics, and potentially illegal, as he practiced medicine without the proper authorization or safety protocols. PLEASE, BEFORE GIVING ANY INJECTION TO ANYONE, DISCUSS THE SIDE EFFECTS AND ASK ABOUT ANY ILLNESSES THEY HAVE. TODAY, THANK GOD, MY SISTER IS ALIVE.
