I needed to get a surgery within certain time frame. I contacted the office and without hesitation they set up the whole schedule in less than two weeks. The personal is very efficient and responded to all my questions in a timely matter. I am very thankful with Dr. Paula & Laura because the surgery went great and seemed to truly care about their patients. I will definitely go back and get care from this amazing doctors and place.

Excellent experience, highly recommended. The service I received was excellent from the moment we walked in the door. The security guard was very attentive, and Dr. Laura Avila was a very professional person. We are very happy.

I requested an appointment back in June, and it took over a month to get one. Today, they sent me a reminder without telling me to check if the order was still active. That's perfectly understandable. However, the worst part was the treatment I received at reception. When I arrived, there were no patients, but the receptionists first dealt with a personal matter. Only after that did they finally attend to me, to explain the reason for the delay. They explained it to me later that same day in an extremely dismissive manner, as if I were mentally challenged. Furthermore, the person who attended to me was sick with a runny nose, repeatedly wiping her nose and then touching my personal belongings (my ID), which I find completely unjustified, considering it's a healthcare provider. The same person tried to tell me there was no explanation because I was the most senior employee, and I'd only been there for three months. She indirectly tried to explain that there's a high staff turnover at that healthcare provider, which she attributed to job dissatisfaction and, consequently, the high turnover. Therefore, I believe the service should improve, and that these kinds of situations should be verified before these medical appointments, since as a patient I have no way of doing so.

The service from Dr. Paula was excellent; her attention and overall service were outstanding. The reception staff were also excellent, very attentive and helpful.

Customer service via phone and WhatsApp is terrible. And it seems especially bad for those referred by Sura. I've been trying to contact them for two days using the phone and WhatsApp numbers listed on their website, and it's impossible. I message their personal number, and they actually answer. Aside from that, the customer service attitude is awful. I went to the location, and it was the same. Sadly, I can't say it's all the staff, but one in particular has terrible customer service, and her attitude makes you never want to go back. They also seem to lack tact when responding to Google reviews that mention the poor service. I go to this location because I have to, but if I could request a change of provider, I would do it immediately.
