Terrible customer service. The doctors are good, but they are very disorganized. I ordered contact lenses in September, and they weren't clear about the delivery time. They called me to say they would be delivered at the end of December. When they delivered them, I told them I hadn't adjusted to them. They said they were indeed ill-fitting, too tight, and that they would send me new ones. That was on January 16th, and today is March 10th, and I haven't had a follow-up appointment.
