The service was excellent and punctual. She explained everything related to the appointment very thoroughly. I arrived an hour early and had to wait standing in reception the whole time because there weren't enough seats for everyone. I suggest you have people go up to the examination room, as there are plenty of seats there. Thank you.
The doctor helped me clear up any doubts I had about making a good decision about the surgery. What I didn't like was the way the security guard greeted me; I don't know why she was making fun of my name, and it made me feel really bad.
Being late for appointments can be interpreted as disrespectful. A delay of one hour could suggest a lack of professionalism. If a specific time has been agreed upon, both parties are expected to adhere to it.
