I requested an appointment via WhatsApp and received no response. After days of waiting and complaining, I was finally informed that there were no appointments available and told to call back after the 20th. Today I messaged them again on WhatsApp, but "all agents are busy." Then I called—from 3:30 until now, 5:15—and I still haven't been able to get through. What's the point of offering a WhatsApp line if they don't answer? What's the point of a phone line if you end up with a sore ear and without having spoken to anyone?
🚫⛔❌ Even calling this clinic is useless. When you dial the number listed with your health insurance provider (EPS), which is the same number shown on this Maps page, the call starts recording for about a minute and then automatically disconnects. I tried four times and it's the same thing... Plus, there's no other contact information.
This clinic is terrible. The staff is awful. I don't know why they study medicine for so long if they don't have the sense of belonging to help people. "All the staff are always in a bad mood." If you absolutely have to go, don't. You'll be wasting your time.
They took my elderly mother there after an accident, and it was the WORST thing that could have happened to us. It was a complete rip-off clinic; they didn't run any tests, they were only concerned with the insurance claim. We didn't understand why the ambulance took us there if we'd never even been to that clinic before. It was utter garbage, and they should be investigated since they refused to provide any billing documents.
