I had nose surgery, I came from AUDIOMEDICA and I had a pleasant experience, all the staff at the emergency clinic in Bucaramanga were very kind from the first moment, kind, careful, attentive to my care.

Unfortunately, my father underwent surgery for a gastric tube, which was supposed to be a simple outpatient procedure. A week later, he was hospitalized with an infection and subsequently passed away. What we thought was a solution turned into a nightmare and ended in tragedy. Thank you, Dr. Florez, for the "rigorous medical care" you demonstrated during the surgery. I hope your conscience is clear and that this experience instills in you a greater sense of ethics and professionalism.

Initially, it was difficult to get an appointment because the calls were on hold for over half an hour. When I reached position 1, the operator would tell me there were no advisors available and hang up on me. This happened several times. Once I finally got through, the service was excellent.
