Excellent clinic. One suggestion: if you're looking for affordable parking, don't go to the one across the street; it's very expensive. There are several much cheaper options along Transversal el Bosque.

I liked the service. Everything was great.

Humanity and empathy are nonexistent! The 7th-floor inpatient ward is terrible! The nurse call alarm can go off for an hour and no one comes! The same thing happens when medication runs out! People leaving surgery spend up to 8 hours waiting for beds to become available, and those discharged as early as 10 am can wait up to 8 hours for their discharge paperwork and nothing! There are empty beds, and out of sheer negligence, they don't expedite the discharge process. If they expedited the discharge process when the attending physician gives the go-ahead, no more people would suffer waiting for beds in surgery. To enter or leave for visitors, you have to wait up to half an hour for the internal doors of the inpatient ward to open because no one shows up to open them! Even when an urgent document for hospitalization and discharge needs to be delivered! Truly, the service is awful! If this is what it's like in a single room, I can't imagine what it's like for people who have to share a room.
