ATTENTION TRAVELERS::: DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC...BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS....super shady procedures, untimely notice of additional charges, unnecessary exams and horrible communication...All hidden behind the disguise of a family business.. Dr. SERGIO was totally unprofessional and gave me every reason not to trust him. He canceled my surgery rather than accept responsibility for his errors and lack of protocol..He seemed to rememberthings as the day went on..No thanks...Whata putz

I was seen by Dr. Jaramillo Sergio, he performed an eye surgery, his professionalism is superb and the results are amazing, I do not use eye glasses any longer and my migraine headaches are gone , I will forever be grateful for his services, my wife is also a patient of the Angel Clinic for over 10 Yrs we never had an issue, from the front desk to the doctors the whole staff are super friendly and highly recommended.

A top-notch clinic. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, impeccable facilities, and an exceptional medical team. The assistants and nurses are highly trained, and their service is incredibly kind, efficient, and timely. A perfect place to receive specialized medical care.

The experience with the doctors has been fantastic; they are very professional. However, on the other hand, the nurses of Dr. Jaramillo and Dr. Sergio Jaramillo are very negligent and make many mistakes. I had to ask if they were going to see me since my appointment was at 8:30 and it was 9:45, and they didn't even know I was there. Besides making mistakes, they have a bad attitude toward patients. That's the only thing I didn't like about the whole experience; they are very poorly organized and seem like beginners.

BAD EXPERIENCE: I scheduled an appointment with Ms. Ana Maria Angel. My appointment was for 9:00 AM. I arrived at 9:00 AM, and the waiting and prepayment process took more than 5 minutes. These minutes were used as an excuse for not seeing me on time. I asked twice why my appointment was delayed, and they replied that they had received another patient. After 45 minutes, I requested a refund, and they immediately asked me to enter the office. Ms. Angel told me that she had to ask two elderly people to leave because I needed to be seen; she was in a hurry and had arrived late. I replied that this was a lie, that the delay had been due to the payment and waiting process. Ms. Angel repeatedly told me it was because I had arrived at 9:05 AM. Traditional clinics in Manizales—what a lack of professional ethics!
