Synced from Google. The clinic cannot edit or remove reviews here.I visited this spa during my vacation in Medellín, and it was one of the highlights of my trip. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional from the moment I walked in. My massage was exceptional—relaxing, skillful, and exactly what I needed after days of exploring the city. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and beautifully designed. I left feeling refreshed and completely renewed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Medellín.
I booked a couple's massage. Booking on-line was easy; however, information provided with the package was off compare to what it was covered. Massage therapists were great. Place clean and comfortable. Except the showers and bathrooms were not private. After exfoliation they took us to the roof top pool (public area) to shower. Me and my fiancé felt very uncomfortable. Very unexpected for high in hotel spa.
Typical facial (so I'm told) - prepare yourself for some torture in the form of scraping your face/nose - but that's apparently what the deep cleaning is all about. Very nice people and the place is nice as well.
Awesome place great service
I enjoy exploring the different wellness options available in the city and surrounding areas. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. The spaces were unsuitable for treatments, the staff had little to no training, and their practices were inappropriate for a relaxation space. The massage itself was technically flawed. Absolutely everything sounded off. If you have the chance to miss this visit, do so.
