Aqualuna Spa

Since there are 3 locations I had a hard time leaving an accurate review, since I had one massage in Laureles 2 days ago and it was lovely. I had another today at the hotel du parc- The massage itself was absolutely wonderful. I was starting to feel sick and this is exactly what I needed to relax and try to get it out of my body. The massage therapist was really good and very kind. I also had a facial and it was my first one. No one warned me that I was going to have huge red marks all over my face at the end so I'm not happy about that. It also hurt pretty bad when she was doing extraction. Massage therapist was wonderful, but the place needs to work on their ambience and professionalism with what's going on when someone is deep into a chakra rose quartz massage. The cleaning lady came by banging around and had something playing loudly on her cell phone in the middle of my massage, which I found to be unnecessary and disturbing. Then the lady next to us came to set up the facial machine and was banging that around all loudly in the middle of me relaxing and on the edge of falling asleep. Then the lovely piano music cut out about halfway through the massage and had static on the speaker. The massage therapist immediately went to get someone to tell them to turn it off, but then it was just silence and I could hear all the traffic and the cleaning lady's phone blasting something. I was very much looking forward to a hot shower at the end to get all the oil off my body and relax my muscles, but the hot water cut out for about five minutes in the middle of my shower, there was no shampoo, no soap, and the towel they gave me was super scratchy and left blue lent all over my body. If it hadn't been for the unprofessionalism going on around me and the lack of attentiveness to the shower I would have given this place five stars.

Update September, 2025: To the spas credit they reached out after my original review to try and make it right. I appreciate their efforts and I visited again for another facial. This time the technician was much better and the service was better overall. I have updated my rating to reflect this. It's still not a high end spa but they do try and they want to make your experience good. --- I had a cleaning facial. The service is adequate. It is not a very luxurious setting and it is basic at best. When I was brought into the room they asked me to just lay on the table, fully dressed including my shoes. Then they started the facial and when it was finished my shirt and scalp were wet because they don't pull your hair back or put a towel around your neck. Just a poor experience overall. Several people walked in and out of the room during my service.

I had a great experience. I didn’t have any problems but people really nice and I enjoyed it. I came with my girlfriend. I did think the price was a little high but I did have a good time the people were nice.

I've been to spas all around the world. This is by far the absolute best 4 hour spa experience I've ever had. Be sure to book the premium experience you will not be disappointed!

Great all around experience. The staff is amazing the amenities are well maintained. I used the steam room. Sauna. Received a massage with wine and fruit. I would recommend their services
