Ugh! Once again, suffering through the long waiting list. After two months, they finally scheduled an appointment with a specialist, since there's no scheduling and they call as soon as a patient cancels. The day before, they call to remind me to arrive 15 minutes early. When I get to the office, they tell me, "We'd like to inform you that you'll have to wait between an hour and an hour and a half, since the 'doctor' is just seeing the first patient. If you want to reschedule, you can do so with your health insurance provider." What am I supposed to do? I have to wait as if we have nothing better to do. And then some people wonder why there isn't a National Strike when they have so much to protest about!
They call to cancel the appointment and offer you a private appointment for the next day.
These are truly worthy representatives of the Colombian healthcare system, where it takes three months to get an appointment and they even call several people at the same time, wasting everyone's time. Terrible service.
Good service, but you should go with plenty of time available.
