Terrible!
The service is terrible... There are patients who need attention because we are truly suffering from symptoms of illness, and it turns out that the staff who are supposed to perform the procedures don't arrive on time to provide care, causing discomfort and delays.
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the appointment scheduling service at the Southern Radiological Institute. I have been trying to contact them via WhatsApp and phone calls at various times for several days without receiving a response. This situation has already been reported by other users and remains unresolved. I request improved service and the provision of effective appointment scheduling channels.
I am Diana Argoti and I think it's a very good service because appointments don't take more than 2 days and the staff's attention is clear and precise.
