We have worked with Karine and the team since March and had our first visit in April. They have been great at helping us understand everything that was happening and the next steps of the process. They have also been great at answering our many many questions 🤣. Even though we are still in progress and not pregnant yet, we cannot thank them enough! Would definitely recommend.
I recently started as a patient-client with Conceptum and already am very impressed by the team. The administrative folks are extremely friendly and helpful (Kari in particular); Dr. Pedro Montoya is well experienced, knowledgeable and patient in taking the time to explain/answer your questions; their psychologist Juanita Vallejo is a pleasure to speak/work with; the clinical laboratory technologists are so sweet. Aside from being knowledgeable professionals, the team at Conceptum is compassionate and kind. The clinic itself is very clean, bright and welcoming. I feel optimistic with Conceptum, am excited to be working with their team as I begin this journey toward starting a family, and have recommended them to my other friends and extended family members who are looking into IVF.

I've been undergoing treatment at Conceptum with Dr. Claudia for two months. Although I'm not pregnant yet, I've been pleasantly surprised by everything from day one. They give me clear information, they even see me on holidays so I don't miss my cycle, and they adapt the treatment to my daily changes. Dr. Claudia's knowledge and expertise are evident. All the nurses are very kind and make me feel at ease. The prices are fair, and they have financing options. I know I'm in the best hands, and I'm confident that I'll get pregnant soon thanks to Conceptum. Edited: I'm 12 weeks pregnant!
