I had a great experience with Dr Roberto Aldana and his team. From the moment i walked in, the level of professionalism was clear, they were organized, respectful of my time, and made all my treatment process smooth and stress-free. DrAldana showed genuine care and attentiveness taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed during my visit. It's hard to fit all of the good things I have to say about Dr. Roberto Aldana and his team in just 4,000 words. I found out about him through my step father, who went into Dr. Roberto Aldana's clinic to try to cure his torn rotator cuff which he had for over 2 years causing chronic pain, where he could not lift his arm above his head due to the pain. He went into the clinic, got an MRI done same day with results, then following morning went in, got blood drawn for PRP injection and had the procedure done that afternoon by Dr. Roberto Aldana. He instantly felt relief after the injection for the first time in years and had full mobility back in his arm after the doctor targeted precisely where he needed the treatment. 2 years later he is still pain free, able to do manual labor again with no pain. Flash forward, my partner has had chronic pain for over 3 years due to two herniated discs. This has led to atrophying of his chest muscle, loss in muscle mass, and years of debilitating pain. Before meeting Dr. Roberto Aldana, we dealt with the Spanish medical system for years, where they did a double disc replacement surgery for my partner, which did not cure his chronic pain. The system there has prescribed him opioids along with several other pills such as anti seizure medication as a remedy to cover up his chronic pain. After doing a double disc replacement surgery (C4 C5 C6 area) in Spain and still being stuck in the loop of Spanish medical system with just a pile of pain killers and pills to take daily with no end in sight, we decided to take my step father's advice and book a trip to Bogota to visit Dr Roberto Aldana in person to see if he can help cure my partner's chronic pain. As we visited the office, my partner was still taking opioids daily for the chronic pain, sleeping pills to sleep and anti seizure medication for the nerve pain as well. Upon entering Dr. Roberto Aldana's office, we immediately felt something we hadn't felt in Spain for the 3 years of attempting treatment - empathy. Dr Roberto Aldana listened to my partner's story, his entire history from the onset of the pain up till the disc replacement surgery and current remaining pain. We felt for the first time we had a doctor who genuinely wanted to help cure his chronic pain. After analyzing the MRI images we provided and listening to the issues, he offered a solution of injecting a mix of stem cells + PRP to address the chronic pain in his upper back, neck and shoulder. The following day we went into his office, had blood drawn to mix with the stem cells + PRP, then we went back in that afternoon for the injections. Dr Roberto Aldana with his assistant used an ultrasound machine to precisely inject the medical cocktail into the correct locations for my partner - several in his neck and in the upper left back area. As my partner got up after the injections, he immediately felt no pain and instant relief which he hadn't felt in over 3 years, which led to tears of relief and happiness having finally found a solution to years of chronic pain. Since that day, my partner has not taken opioids, anti seizure medication or sleeping pills, and has slept normally for the first time in years without any pain. After one month, we went in for a second treatment of just PRP this time for his shoulder to address that remaining shoulder issue, which has worked tremendously and the process was just as smooth. We truly have no words for how grateful we are to Dr Roberto Aldana and his team. They helped improve not only my step dad's quality of life, but my partner's quality of life as well. I will forever be grateful to Dr Roberto Aldana and his team (his nurse is extremely warm and reassuring too, along with the doctor who helped with the stem cell treatment the first time). Amazing service! Highly recommend. Very much alleviated many concerns about my back issues and different treatment modalities. Very pleased and will hopefully not need to return. Though I would unquestionably if my issues persisted :)
