Carlos was amazing to work with, always attentive and supportive. My nurse, diany, was absolutely wonderful, making sure I felt comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process. Dr. Soto truly has the best hands and made me feel at ease every step of the way. The whole experience was well-organized, and I felt genuinely cared for. TERRIBLE !!! My mom kept having complications with her surgery here and the nurses are no help saying it’s her fault not theirs . I’ve had plastic surgery done Breast, BBL LIPO in Miami and had 0 complications . This place is terrible , can’t find enough reviews they only post their best work

I was trying to get a surgery for my husband with this clinic, but their attention and communication are absolutely terrible. When you call or text them, they don’t respond at all. Later, someone else will suddenly message you from another number and when you finally reply, they just leave you on seen without answering again. Then, weeks or even a month later, they text you back like nothing happened by that point, you’ve already moved on. We came to them as a recommendation from a close friend, the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I honestly don’t understand how people even manage to make appointments here. I’m only talking about their customer service, I didn’t get to use their surgical procedures but based on that alone, I wouldn’t recommend them, we finally went with another surgeon in Bocagrande 🥲

It was clean, organized, and welcoming, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. 3 healthy meals were provided daily, and I never felt alone. It was a true healing environment. 🩺 Surgical Process – The entire medical team gave me so much confidence. Every step was explained, from pre-op markings to final checks, and post-surgery I felt constantly reassured. Their professionalism, patience, and skill showed in everything they did. ⏰ 24-Hour Care – The round-the-clock care made all the difference. Nurses were attentive, kind, and quick to respond to any need—big or small. Whether it was medication, mobility, or simply reassurance, I always felt looked after. 💖 Overall – This was more than just surgery; it was a full VIP experience. Every detail—from transportation to the recovery house to medical attention—was thoughtfully handled. Healing is never easy, but being supported by such dedicated professionals made the journey smoother, safer, and more positive than I could have imagined. You will NEVER receive this kind of care in the USA and if by chance you do, it will be extremely costly. Colombia is beautiful and very economical.
