I had a wonderful experience with Premium Care! I went with three other friends on a girls surgery trip and we all were very pleased with our results and the entire experience. The attention and post-surgical care provided was much better than we would ever receive in the states. I underwent an extended tummy tuck, breast lift and lipo 360. The doctors, nurses and staff were there to provide support and help every step of the way, even weeks after returning home. I plan to return in a few months for some additional procedures. Truly an amazing and professional staff from top to bottom.

Premium Care Plastic Surgery exceeded every expectation I had. From my very first virtual consultation until the day I returned home, I felt cared for every step of the way. Both Dr. Carolina and Dr. Campbell are outstanding surgeons, and the entire team worked together to make my experience as smooth as possible. My patient coordinator, Sofia, was excellent. She was always polite, professional, and responsive before my trip, throughout my stay, and even after I returned home. When I arrived at the airport, I was greeted by Diego, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. At the Premium Care Suites, Nayiby made sure we were always prepared for our appointments. Every evening she would message us with reminders about the next day's schedule and let us know exactly what time our transportation would arrive. That level of organization made everything stress-free. On the day of my surgery, I was fortunate to have one of the sweetest nurses I've ever met, Emylis (I hope I spelled her name correctly!). She stayed with me until 7:00 p.m., checking on me regularly and making sure I was comfortable. That evening another wonderful nurse, Lady, took over my care and stayed with me throughout the night until 7:00 a.m. She continued checking on me regularly to make sure I was doing well. While every nurse I encountered was kind, Emylis and Lady truly went above and beyond.❤️❤️❤️ I'm also very happy that I chose to stay at the Premium Care Suites. I met other patients who became friends during recovery, and that support made the experience even more special. The suites were comfortable, clean, and located in a beautiful area. A special thank you goes to Diana❤️❤️❤️, our chef. Every morning she greeted us with the brightest smile and prepared healthy, delicious, and satisfying meals. Her kindness and warmth made such a positive difference during recovery. Diana, you truly are a gem. I'd also like to thank Dr. Claudia, who saw me during some of my post-operative appointments. She was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. One small area for improvement though... The only negative experience I had occurred the day after surgery. I was experiencing normal post-operative pain; and dizziness from my medication, and I wasn't sure whether I should increase the dose. When two nurses came to the suite, I asked one of them for advice. She simply replied, "I don't speak English," and walked away. At that moment I felt a little discouraged because I was genuinely looking for guidance. Thankfully, the second nurse immediately came over to help. Although her English was limited, she took out her phone and used a translation app so we could communicate. I unfortunately didn't get her name, but I am extremely grateful for her kindness and willingness to help. Aside from that single experience, my journey with Premium Care was exceptional. I'm still healing, so it's too early for me to comment on my final surgical results. However, I am very pleased with how my recovery has been progressing, and I plan to update this review once I reach my three-month post-operative milestone. Thank you, Premium Care, for making my experience such a positive one. I would absolutely recommend your team to anyone considering plastic surgery.

Premium Care is a 5 star Medical Care Organization with excellence, professionalism, & knowledge that surpasses any anxiety you may have of having any procedure done. Starting with the expertise of Dr. Campbell which is indisputable the best there is in Cartagena, Colombia. His bedside manner is compassionate, kind and does not cut corners in absolutely anything concerning the safety of his patients. The nurse staff is outstanding! Emily, Agatha, Maria, n all go below and beyond to help you in your recovery. Then the staff at the Recovery suite are experts in providing a clean, secure, safe n hospitable environment. I was so impressed with the concept of healing you from the inside out with an extraordinary delicious and healthy diet. Alba & Korina can cook like the most skilled chefs and in top of that they do it with love and care that shows. My surgeries went well, except for one complication that was addressed immediately and corrected; which came from my body’s reaction and the surgeon's impeccable skill. Dr, Campbell addressed the issue immediately and his team corrected it; it made me feel I was in the best hands which I was. After I returned home, they still provide care for me every day if I needed while I fully recuperate. So far, I love my results and know I have still ways to go in my recuperation but certain I made the best decision choosing Premium Care. They are amazing and I given them 5 stars!

I want to start my review with the fact that Positive Energy makes a huge difference in outcomes. From the moment I engaged Preimium Care to my final visit that energy was the same throughout my journey and my outcome and experience was fantastic! Preimium Care has created the optimum experience for providing cosmetic surgical services in the most comfortable environment one could ask for. I honestly could not imagine having such a complicated procedure, in my case diastasis recti repair, and going home the same day or even the next day. Staying at Preimium Care Recovery Suite made the entire experience feel like vacation and not just a surgical procedure. Having a suitemate going through the process definitely made me more comfortable being able to talk to and share my thoughts and concerns as we were both getting surgery for our first time. Dr. Restrepo took my case and from the very beginning was clear on the procedure required for what I wanted the outcome to be (no bulging stomach). I did not anticipate what recovery would be like (many people do not post that aspect) but it is challenging. Having dedicated Nurses who visit everyday and actually perform functions like drain clearing and measurement, taking photos to monitor recovery and progress are all invaluable services. Not to mention having your choice of meals prepared daily (trust you will not want to move around much the first few days). The Preimium Care team moves as one unit all with the same focus, professionalism , care and Positive Energy. The consistency is noticeable and appreciated especially when you are not having a good moment and need reassurance. Dr. Restrepo I believe is a perfectionist as Dr. Campbell noted the precision when viewing my surgical incision. I must say it's a clean line placed perfectly and I got a new nice looking belly button too. Dr. Restrepo without hesitation always addressed all issues to make sure I was clear for removing drain tubes ( another thing I had no idea about regarding recovery). In the end the fact that I stayed longer and got a Deep Plane Fl with Dr. Restrepo (why not I was still in beautiful Cartagena) should show the confidence and respect I have for the service I was provided by Dr. Restrepo, Premium Care and the entire Nurse and Surgical team.
