I went to Cartegena specifically to inquire about the Dental Tourism. I had previously chosen a different Dentist, however, this particular clinic was nearer to my hotel. I made an appointment and was required to pay $200 for the evaluation and x-rays. ( Although I brought my own xrays, I still had to pay, and they did not give me a copy of the xrays I paid for) After the evaluation, the receptionist gave me THREE separate estimates for the work. All were very expensive. $38,000, $37,000 and $36,000. The reason I had chosen Cartegena was because I was told it would be significantly LESS than the USA. This was a lie. The receptionist told me I needed to make a deposit to hold the lowest price. I asked her if I could make the deposit when and if I decided on the procedure and she told me that I needed to make a deposit to hold the price. I ASKED her if I would get the deposit back if I changed my mind and she told me yes. The deposit was $1,000. I made the deposit. Less than a week later, I asked for it back. That is too much money to give to that clinic. They wanted me to fly back twice and spend a week the firat time and two weeks thw second time on my own dime PLUS pay them over $36,000. They gave me the run around for over a week and then just ignored me. Meanwhile this clinic makes millions off of foreigners but they refuse to give me my $1,000 back. Make it make sense. They have all these great reviews, but to me they are just common thieves. Their office is very soothing and calming, but their business practices are ruthless!

I found this dental office on google search and checked out the website which had 5 star reviews, so I decided to book a teeth whitening session. I never meant Dr. Tarsys Loayza nor did she give a consultation. When I arrived and after paying $220.37, I was meant by someone with a mask (no introduction) and given a gown, head and feet cover and led to a room where I was meant by another person with a mask still no introduction. At no time was I told I would be getting a teeth cleaning, which was excruciating to the point where my back tooth was damaged. I had the procedure done on January 24, 2026, with ongoing tooth sensitivity. Too much time was spent on the teeth cleaning than the actual teeth whitening. I did see a difference, but not as white as expected. Also, I have dental insurance back home, so I don’t pay for teeth cleaning, and I found teeth whitening in the United States for under $100. So, to sum it up, if you have insurance don’t waste your time here on teeth whitening it’s more expensive in Colombia than in the United States. The three star rating was based on misleading information, the teeth whitening desire and the lasting effect. My advice is to do your due diligence. This is my feedback on my experience, ultimately, the choice is yours. Please see the photos before and after, as well as a photo from their website and the last photo two weeks after the procedure.

I had a horrible experience with this dentist. She took hours and hours to do the implants and then again With the crown. I was in agony, crying, and even a couple times I screamed with pain. I am a mature woman, and I have never experienced this kind of pain and trauma. From the time of implant, the implants felt like the pressure was midplaced and tender. This only got worse. the area under my Crowns gathered food and debris and required constant cleaning. Chips of glue came out. I saw an implantologist in my city And he was disgusted with how badly the implants had been done. He warned me that the implants would eventually fail and recommended that I get the excessive glue removed surgically. After 16 months, my implants failed and Doctor. Roys refuses to Compensate me for the failure which she caused. My dentist was able to remove the implant and the crown together with his finger fingers!!! I would never recommend that you go to her.. She uses high pressure to try to extract every dollar she can from you.

From America and decided to get a deep cleaning. Very professional and experienced. Language barrier can be tough but the value, experience and results are there! Recommend

To add my humble comment, I just have to say that the doctor has been able to solve a problem that I have struggled with throughout my life. She found a solution in a matter of days. I went to many dentists, many maxillofacial surgeons and an orthodontist, and for fear of failing, she preferred to recommend me to another. I consider the doctor an angel in my life, thanks to her I have a beautiful and harmonious smile. It is worth noting that my dental health improved. Thank you. My experience was very professional. She and her team used all the highest safety and high-tech methods.
