Fast effective friendly
The service is impeccable. The entire team is very friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. What I liked most was the level of their specialists: they are very good in their field, inspire confidence, and make sure you leave 100% satisfied. Without a doubt, the best place; I highly recommend it.
I contacted them around 9:30 am on a Sunday via WhatsApp for an emergency appointment because I had a fractured tooth. The service through that channel was excellent. María Paula was very kind and gave me several appointment times starting at 6:00 pm. Since that was the earliest available time, I selected it. I arrived at the clinic at 5:50 pm and had to wait to be called. Around 6:15 pm, they called a woman who had arrived before me, but at 6:40 pm, they called a man who had arrived later. So, I went to the reception desk and asked the receptionist to contact the office because I had already been waiting for 50 minutes and they had called other people. The receptionist called, and they said they would see me shortly. Sure enough, at 6:50 pm, they let me in, and I was finally seen at 7:10 pm. Apparently, the appointment was never created in the system because I was seen by a different dentist than the one I requested, and I received an email at that moment indicating that the appointment was reserved for 7:00 pm. For that reason, I'm giving it 3 stars. If you call to make an appointment and avoid having to wait in the waiting room for an hour, it's because your time is valuable, and they didn't respect that.
