I traveled from Florida for treatment at Malo Dental and overall it was an excllent experience. I was anxious from the start, but Dr. Valentina Rodriguez was very patient with me throughtout the entire process, from our first contact by WhatsApp through completion of phase one. Durning the intial exam, a cleaning and several filling replacments were suggested as extra care, which were recommended as part of improving my overall dental health. Dr. Sergio Trujillo performed the five extractions on the second day. I was nervous, but he did an excellent job. He was calm, steady, and communicated with me throughout the entire procedure, making sure I was comfortable. His skills and professionalism made a huge difference. The final step of this phase was fitting the mouthpice. It took several adjustments over two days to fit it. The mouthpice needs a little more adjustment and that will be completed when I return for phase two of four in several months.
My experience at Malo Dental was excellent. I’m so happy with the results — I can finally bite into food like normal people do AND actually chew properly. As an added bonus, my smile looks dazzling. See? 😁 The staff was so kind and caring throughout the whole process, and everything was efficient, professional, and spotless. They really helped put me at ease, especially Dr. Carlos and his soothing voice. I would absolutely come back again… except I'll likely never need to do so!

Dr. Nidia Pinilla scheduled a virtual consultation and guided me through everything with professionalism and warmth, making me feel confident moving forward. Dr. Johan Basterrechea performed my extractions and was incredibly kind and calming. I was nervous, but his gentle approach made the procedure completely painless.
I have had several procedures done at Malo Dental to include two implants. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Sergio Trujillo and the staff. They are true professionals. I highly recommend them for any dental work you may need.
