The doctor is very professional, however, the estheticians are not. I was a client of theirs for over three years until today. I went with my partner for a facial, and the estheticians saw an opportunity and overcharged me. It's unbelievable that they would try to take advantage, especially with a client who had been with them for so long. It's so sad how they damage the credibility of the business. (And I reported the situation to the receptionist, and she acted as if nothing had happened.) There are better beauty salons in Cartagena where you won't run this risk. ⚠️
I had an excellent experience at the dermatology clinic. From the very first moment, I felt very well taken care of: the staff is friendly and professional, and they explained everything clearly. I really appreciated their dedication and personal attention during the consultation. Furthermore, the results I've obtained with the treatment have exceeded my expectations; I've noticed a significant improvement in my skin. I would definitely recommend it and would return without hesitation.
I underwent a fairly expensive treatment at this clinic, and initially it worked very well; everything was excellent. However, just a week after being discharged, my problem returned, even worse. When I contacted the dermatologist, I felt there was no proper follow-up or interest in investigating what was happening, beyond scheduling another appointment. I understand that external factors can influence health, but I expected better post-treatment care and greater commitment to the patient after such a significant investment. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for adequate follow-up after treatment.
The staff at the clinic are very good, but the results in my case were not. I went for a mild acne problem, and it seemed to be progressing well, to the point that we were supposedly treating marks and blemishes, but everything turned out worse. Today I have more severe acne than when I initially went. It was supposed to be a matter of giving it time for some of the blemishes to disappear with proper care. They claim to be acne specialists, but the results don't reflect that.
