I had a great experience at Dermaestetic Bocagrande. I came in for a consultation with Dr Sergio Martinez , who was very kind, informative, & made my family and I feel comfortable right away. I had an Ultherapy procedure done by Dr Valeria, & she was incredibly sweet & professional. Both doctors made an effort to speak English, which I really appreciated. Even though I understood Spanish, their effort made the experience even more comfortable & welcoming. The clinic itself was very clean, organized, & professional. Overall, I felt well taken care of & would definitely return for future treatments.
I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and communication provided by Dr. Zuleima Castro.I had a skin biopsy done, which turned out to be a basal cell carcinoma. The cost of the procedure was extraordinary, yet the care I received did not match the price. I was left waiting for 21 days under immense stress. I had to contact the clinic and ask several times just to get my pathology results.When I finally received the report, it was left completely unexplained. Leaving a patient to look up their own cancer results due to poor communication and a lack of empathy is completely unacceptable. While the clinical removal was successful, the administrative service and patient care were terrible. I will be taking my care to a different dermatologist."
Great experience, the staff was very professional and kind. Dr. Sergio was great doing my Botox, very gentle! Over all the whole experience was the best!!!
Got IPL, fractional laser done. The service was phenomenal. Great front staff, great practitioners. Felt very cared for and great work they did.
