It's cheap, which is appreciated. But overall, I don't recommend it. They're very disorganized. When a test needs to be repeated, they don't call or email; you only find out when you go to the lab. They also don't coordinate with the staff to provide information about when the results will be available.

I highly recommend the service; it was excellent, they treated me very well.

The service is generally good, but while waiting in the lab area, the nursing staff constantly repeats instructions in a very unfriendly tone, demanding that companions sit down and patients line up individually. I understand the need for order, but the constant, hostile tone creates a very uncomfortable and tense atmosphere for everyone present. I'm also surprised that they don't currently offer the option of sending results directly by email. In this technological age, forcing patients to physically return delays care and affects their comfort.
