Natalie was very professional, she went to the extent of helping me find a lab to get my exams done during the weekend given the fact that I was coming from the United States and time was of the essence. Also, Doctor Parra took his time examining and explaining everything during the initial consultation and after the exams 📝 came in. The only negative/inconvenience was the payment method, which they don't take American cards during the phone like back in the States. But overall Very pleased and thankful.
