My friend and I were able to get in same, that's worth two stars. The service was not that great...and the attitude of my massuese made me feel like she was doing me a favor letting me pay her for a crappy massage.

Excellent service and professionalism from the staff. The place is very quiet, although I suggest better ventilation because it sometimes gets too hot in the massage room. One fan isn't enough.
I went because of the "promotion" they have on their social media. I didn't want a facial since I need to shave my beard, so I asked about a back treatment. They told me it cost 120,000 pesos because it's a much larger area to clean, which seemed reasonable, so I agreed. The procedure literally took 23 minutes, almost 8 of which were spent preparing and steaming my back. When it was over, it felt incredibly short, and the woman who did the treatment explained that there really wasn't anything to clean. I had a few ingrown hairs, but nothing else needed cleaning. She could have mentioned this when she assessed the area. I think this raises an ethical dilemma regarding the priorities of this place. Instead of providing advice, they're really only interested in selling, even if there's nothing relevant to do. Even after telling the cashier, I didn't get a discount and was charged the full price. One would expect that for someone who has never used this type of service, there would at least be clarity on whether or not it was necessary. It wouldn't have been difficult for them to tell me, when I took off my shirt, that it wasn't necessary and that I could have opted for a facial or another recommended service worth buying. But no, I ended up paying 120,000 pesos for absolutely nothing. At least the woman who performed the procedure was honest, but this spa's ethical standards with its clients are questionable, which makes perfect sense after reading the negative reviews, which are certainly quite relevant. It's like going to a barbershop to get a haircut when I'm clearly bald, and they still decided to shave me when there's nothing to cut. The difference is that I know I don't have hair, but for a spa I was visiting for the first time, one simply expects honesty and transparency from the provider. I don't recommend it.
