It felt like a factory. I was asked to confirm the appointment the day before and did so. Five minutes later I got a call asking if I wanted to change the time because "private patients come in the morning and don't have to wait as long." Several hours later I was asked to confirm again. I should have trusted my judgment and cancelled the appointment. Every step was with a different person, and I was sent back to the waiting room between steps. Very little explanation of the steps. It was an hour until I saw the doctor. He declined to dilate my pupils because I had another appointment to get to even though I had told the staff and they clarified that it would be fine. Never again.
