Relax Spa Cartagena

I have used this businesses services twice now. Once I bought a gift certificate for someone then the second time I came for a 90 minute massage. As an American I know quality and the value of it. When you come and are greeted look for Leonela she was great both for me and my friend with being welcoming and with assistance in getting what you need. When I got my massage on July 15th 2025 I had Danna. She was so nice and pleasant overall. She was able to use strong pressure and very thorough overall. I have been to several massage spas here in Cartagena and this is by far the most professional and the nicest place to go. I can tell that they try hard to provide you with the best experience that is professional and not sexual at all. For any tourists or foreigners I would definitely recommend this place over all the rest, especially if you want quality and professionalism. The prices are very comparable and absolutely reasonable especially for the service you get. Even my friend who's birthday it was they did a very nice job decorating and even sang happy birthday to her. She enjoyed it so much and was more then happy over her experience. Great place and I will continue to come back.

Had a wonderful relaxing morning here. This was my second time here and both times were excellent. Located in the heart of the walled city and easy to find. Massage was beyond amazing. Husband and i had a couples massage… fabulous!!!Spa is super clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Highly, highly recommend when you’re in Cartagena.

Wonderful Service & Kind People! This spa isn’t super luxurious, but it’s clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff were so kind and accommodating — they don’t speak much English, but they worked really hard to communicate and make us feel understood. They even gave us a discount for our anniversary and made sure we finished on time for our excursion. Overall, a really great experience — not fancy, but full of heart and excellent service!

We did a couples massage on our cruise stop an it was super relaxing an highly professional. Can't wait to try them again
