⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️½ What I appreciated the most about my experience was Dr. Vives’ human quality. He genuinely cares about his patients, and that comes through in the way he interacts with them. He is warm, approachable, and very knowledgeable about what he does. He takes the time to explain each procedure and answer questions, which makes the entire experience feel comfortable and reassuring. He also has a very gentle and precise touch when working with syringes and on the face, which I truly appreciated. I especially admire his talent, professionalism, and the confidence he inspires throughout the process. One area for improvement would be the organization of the office and some of its processes, which I see as a great opportunity for growth. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Vives. He is incredibly talented, passionate, and has so much potential in his field. I truly admire what he is building and look forward to seeing his practice continue to grow.

As a foreigner living in Cartagena, finding a doctor I could truly trust was incredibly important, and Dr. Vives exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked into his clinic, I felt welcomed, cared for, and treated with genuine kindness and professionalism. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions patiently, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my ultrasound and consultation. His attention to detail and compassionate approach gave me so much confidence during what was a very stressful time. I was also extremely impressed by how quickly I received my ultrasound results. The clinic was very responsive, and the level of care and communication was outstanding.
