I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with our recent experience at your clinic during a consultation regarding the ROPA method. From the very beginning, there were problems with the service. The appointment was initially scheduled incorrectly, causing confusion about the date. Furthermore, in the days leading up to the appointment, we made several inquiries through your communication channels about the ROPA method and never received a clear answer, beyond repeated requests for personal information. Upon arriving for the consultation, the first thing we were told was to go to the cashier to pay the fee, which totaled $360,000, before receiving any medical guidance. Unfortunately, the consultation did not meet the standards one would expect for this price. During the consultation, the explanation provided was very general and superficial. Important aspects such as the following were not addressed: • Available treatment options • Risks of the procedure • Success rates or statistics • Differences between medical alternatives We were told that most of the information would be sent later by email, which we believe should be a fundamental part of the medical explanation during the consultation. Additionally, we were not informed beforehand that an additional consultation for my partner would require an extra fee, creating a sense of a lack of transparency regarding costs. Later, we were referred to another person to receive pricing information for the treatment. At this point, we perceived that the focus was primarily on costs, which are considerably high compared to other clinics we have visited. Even procedures like the PGTA genetic test have significantly higher prices, without much clarity regarding the overall management of the process. It is worth noting that we have visited several fertility clinics, and unfortunately, this has been the most unsatisfactory experience in terms of medical guidance, clarity of information, and patient treatment. We believe that in a process as sensitive as fertility treatments, the care should be more humane, transparent, and professional, prioritizing the medical and emotional well-being of patients, and not solely the financial aspect. For this reason, we regretfully cannot recommend this clinic based on our experience.

Not recommended at all. They charge even for suspicion, they're not clear with the information, the consultation costs 360,000 pesos, they lie to you just because you're seen by a gynecologist who's anything but professional and is very rude. They order very expensive tests that cost three times more than what they charge at IDIME. Then they charge 200,000 pesos for reading the tests. The wait is endless, or rather, it's a disappointment. I went there because it's supposedly a family clinic, but it's not. Don't be fooled by the name, it's a total rip-off. They charge even for saying hello. There are a thousand times better places with much clearer information and decent, very decent, professionals.
