The couples therapy consisted of only one session that was truly couples therapy, and the rest were individual sessions that didn't give us the tools to grow closer as a couple, but rather drove us further apart. I don't recommend it. I believe there should be more initial sessions as a couple, with both partners attending, to establish a foundation, and then continue with individual therapy. I made a mistake by believing the Google reviews and comments. Unfortunately, the sessions are also very short, making effective progress impossible. At a minimum, they should offer 60-minute sessions.
My experience has been very positive. The therapeutic support has helped me feel better and progress step by step. I understand that it's a process that requires time and personal work, but I've felt supported at every stage. I'm very grateful for the guidance and commitment throughout this journey.
