I've already had two problems with you because you don't provide the information properly and you make the patient feel like they're going to leave. Complaining so that you at least tell me things as they are seems disrespectful to me. You only give half the information, you don't tell things as they are, you make me wait who knows how many days, you write to me and I reply two hours later, and then you tell me things that aren't true. I've been in this process since October, and the longer it goes on, the more difficult everything becomes.

It's disrespectful to play with the health of a child with a disability... I requested an appointment for a transfer board and they said they would contact us to schedule the appointment. More than a month later, after trying to get the appointment, they now tell us they can no longer give it because the agreement with the EPS (Health Promoting Entity) ended 15 days ago.
