Very hard to communicate with, waste of time.

I paid for a Pap smear to avoid the nightmare of dealing with the health insurance companies (EPS). They take more than 8 business days to deliver the results and don't respond. The service is terrible; don't waste your money here.

Honestly, I didn't like the experience because everything is geared towards processing payments and that's it. They don't consider that people are there for unexpected reasons and that making a decision isn't easy. Just because I took 15 minutes to make a payment, I had to wait another hour to be seen again. According to them, that's just paying, and that's it. If the foundation is called "Guide Me" and all they do is harass people about time and money, then I don't feel very guided by them.

I live abroad and took advantage of being in Bogotá to get some medical tests done privately, bypassing my health insurance provider (EPS). I can only say one thing: TERRIBLE SERVICE. Don't waste your time going to this place. On the day of the tests, they made me arrive fasting and wait an hour until I went to reception myself and asked why it was taking so long to see me. Meanwhile, the nurses were just sitting around doing absolutely nothing, talking and laughing amongst themselves in the office behind reception. It wasn't until I asked what was going on that they finally bothered to ask the staff to see me. The doctor asked me to contact them as soon as I had the lab results to schedule a virtual appointment so we could review them together. THE APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, AUGUST 11TH AT 11 AM. It was 10:30 AM Colombian time and I hadn't received any link or message from them. So I called, and the woman at the call center, named Gloria, said they were having system problems and that she was already reporting it to the center. Now, at 12:15 PM, after I called TWICE, Angie Ceron, an assistant in the Telemedicine program, wrote to tell me we had to reschedule the appointment because they couldn't reach me. MEDIOCRE and LIARS is all I have to say. They don't do their job well; you, as the patient, have to be constantly chasing them to see if they'll even attend to you or do things properly. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING RIGHT.
