I initially scheduled an appointment with Dr. Walter primarily because he was recommended as a very good gynecologic oncologist. However, during the consultation, even after reviewing my medical history, the doctor began an aesthetic evaluation, finding all sorts of perceived flaws in my body and offering me a range of cosmetic surgeries. It's clear how good professionals can lose focus on patient care, as I sought him out for a completely different reason than an aesthetic evaluation. The consultation for my primary condition became secondary; he examined me quickly and without much regard for my needs. Unfortunately, the office and facilities were nice and adequate, but dirty and disorganized.

The care at Oncosalud IPS was wonderful. They saved my life with the surgery, removed the cancer, and gave me a beautiful immediate reconstruction. I'm better than before. Dr. Walter Arboleda is highly qualified as a physician, gynecologist, and breast specialist, and with a doctorate in design and creation, he's an expert. He performed my immediate reconstruction. The entire medical staff and team were wonderful, and above all, thanks to God.

The doctor is very kind, explains the procedure very well, takes the time to perform the ultrasound and give a good diagnosis.

The bilateral breast reduction surgery went perfectly. The post-operative period was painless and without complications, and I'm very happy with the results; they exceeded my expectations. The staff has always been very kind. From the moment I entered the clinic, everyone has given me the relevant information and treated me with great empathy and care. A few months ago, I had a very bad experience during a consultation with Dr. Walter. I scheduled a private appointment for my annual breast exam, which I get as a follow-up and preventative measure. The first thing Dr. Walter did was draw lines on my breasts with a marker to tell me I needed a lift, which he offered. He had another patient in the office next door, so he was never fully focused on me. He also answered his phone during the appointment and talked on it for several minutes. However, the most serious issue, and the one that really affected me, is that he made me doubt my body, even though I've never considered cosmetic surgery and it clearly wasn't the reason for my consultation. It's obvious that Dr. Walter's focus is on doing business with clients, not working with patients.
