I highly recommend this place. The staff was excellent, always kind and attentive. The doctor, in particular, was very compassionate, warm, and approachable. From the very first moment, she instilled confidence and peace of mind, explaining every aspect clearly and professionally. Without a doubt, a very positive experience.

My experience was terrible. It was obstetric violence. Dr. Lina Zuluaga removed my IUD, and despite the procedure becoming complicated, she never offered me sedation. The procedure ended up being long and very painful. She knew this and chose to proceed. This has left me with lasting consequences. Since then, I have had to deal with constant pain and burning in my pelvis, combined with urinary urgency that has disrupted my normal life. I have been dealing with this for six months; without rest or proper sleep, severely impacting the activities I enjoyed most and preventing me from working. Her medical malpractice wasn't limited to the procedure itself. Even though I informed her about the consequences, she never followed up seriously on my situation. I chose Serenus because I believed I would be treated with professionalism and compassion. I found the complete opposite. One of two things happened: either the doctor didn't act competently enough due to a lack of knowledge (which is very serious), or knowing what was happening, she proceeded anyway, with complete indifference. I don't know which is worse. I went into that office feeling perfectly fine. And I didn't leave feeling fine. Caring for patients can't just be a social media slogan. It's a medical obligation, and the doctor ignored it.

I want to highlight the excellent care I received during my cytology appointment. The staff was very kind, professional, and respectful at all times, explaining each step of the procedure and patiently answering my questions. They made me feel comfortable and at ease, which made the experience much more pleasant.
