I must say I managed to lose weight—almost 12 kilos—just by adopting good eating habits. The place has good facilities, good equipment, and a good location, and the staff is very friendly. As for improvements, I think they should better manage their medical records. Every time I went, they took a long time to find the results from the previous appointment; sometimes they couldn't find them, and sometimes they couldn't print the results sheet for the day due to printer problems. If they haven't already, they should consider a cloud-based information service. Finally, in the last month of treatment, they changed nutritionists. The new person didn't even bother to review my previous information, my medical history, or the meal plan we had been working on.
It's an amazing place, the service is top-notch, and all their services have helped me a lot to achieve a healthy weight and have taught me how to eat deliciously healthy food. 100% recommended ❤️

Terrible service. They schedule an appointment for a certain time, and then you see people who arrive after you blatantly go ahead. The receptionist has a fake smile and a dismissive, indifferent attitude. Honestly, Sura shouldn't be allowed to see any of their patients for evaluation.
Excellent service; they teach you how to eat well. The staff is very attentive and friendly.
