I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but my experience here was amazing! The entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and clear about everything they were doing. What really blew me away was how accommodating they were with my limited schedule they even came in early in the morning to make sure my dental work got done. They went above and beyond to keep me as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family, and I feel completely confident returning here for any future work.

Planned a trip down to Bogota to get some dental work done and would highly recommend coming here! Everything was set up via Whatsapp. Before my appointment i needed an xray, and the radiologist was only a couple blocks away. The xrays were emailed over and we started with a simply cleaning. The cleaning was by far the best and least painful cleaning i have ever had!! After the cleaning, it was noted that i had a couple cavities and some of my metal fillings needed to be replaced (that was my main concern, and reason why i was going down). That day they were able to take care of my cavities and change 2 fillings. The other filling was going to require a root canal because it was pretty deep. I only had 1 other day in Bogota, so they rearranged their schedule to fit me in and complete my dental work. The next day was easy (even though the interpreted wasn't there- we got by with my broken spanish!) The root canal was painless and overall everything was amazing!! Would definitely recommend coming here for any and all dental work!

Natural smile & dental care was able to get me in very quickly. They had very high quality service and customer care. Dr. Ana was professional and very welcoming. And English speaking was a bonus! Prices were fair. Would definitely recommend.

My cleaning was fine, however, they tend to be a little aggressive with the upselling of various other treatments like sealants. There is nothing wrong with sealants, but they try to encourage you to have them done during your session by using pressuring tactics. This is evidenced by the multiple other people leaving reviews mentioning how they had additional treatments performed during their session that they hadn't initially planned for. I'm glad I had an exam done elsewhere so I already knew my teeth were fine, otherwise I'm sure they would have recommended additional work. They also pressure their patients into providing google reviews before they can leave while standing inbetween them and the door, and saying things like "we know you're busy and won't have time later so we already sent you a link to leave a Google review before you leave". Obviously this creates an awkward situation for most people, who will leave a review to avoid confrontation. This explains all of the 5 star reviews and therefore, I'll be leaving 2 stars to counteract this. Finally, this is the only dental office where I've had to pay for a cleaning before the treatment has even taken place. Odd.

I found this clinic almost by accident, and it ended up being one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Two days before flying back to the U.S., I went out for a walk to buy a few things I needed to cook. On the way, I passed a couple of dental offices. I walked into the first one I saw, and the experience was awful—poor attention, disorganized staff, and they even asked me if I happened to have the dentist’s personal number because “they never knew when she would show up.” I walked out thinking, what is this? I kept walking and found this clinic. They asked if I had an appointment; I said no, but they still took my information and let me go upstairs. Once I reached reception, everything changed. The staff was kind, respectful, and genuinely willing to help. I explained my situation and told them I just needed a check-up, and if possible, to have it done that same day since I was leaving the country soon. Even though they normally work by appointment, they went out of their way to assist me. They sent me for a panoramic X-ray nearby and asked me to return in three hours because they had an available spot. I came back, they attended me right away, reviewed the X-ray, did the full consultation, and explained EVERYTHING with clarity—priorities, treatment options, timelines, costs, everything. The human touch really stood out. When you enter the consultation room, your name is displayed on the window, which has a beautiful view. It’s a small detail, but it makes you feel welcome and taken care of. From the receptionist to the two doctors, the service was exceptional—professional, warm, and efficient. Regarding the treatment itself, it turned out to be a long and delicate process, not something that could realistically be done in two days due to dental sensitivity and the time required for each step. So that day they were only able to work on the initial part—what was truly possible considering the limited time I had left in the country. And even so, I left extremely satisfied with what we were able to accomplish. I’m already planning to return in January or February to continue the treatment with them. I highly recommend this clinic—outstanding professionals with a genuine human approach.
