⭐ 1/5 — If I could give -10 stars, I would. I came from abroad expecting a level of service consistent with the prices being charged. Instead, the prices made me feel like I was in New York, while the service and overall experience felt completely disconnected from that price point, like a lowest place to any treatment. I left extremely disappointed. For Botox, fillers and other cosmetic procedures, I expected professionalism, proper attention, clear communication and a patient experience that justified the cost. That was absolutely not my experience here. What bothered me the most was the enormous gap between the premium pricing and the level of attention I received. Charging luxury-level prices creates luxury-level expectations. In my case, those expectations were nowhere close to being met. I travel internationally and have received cosmetic and medical services in different places, so I have a reasonable basis for comparison. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I have had. I would not return, and I would not recommend this place based on my personal experience. If Google allowed negative stars, my rating would be -10.

My experience with Dr. Luis Miguel Zabaleta's appointment system has been extremely disappointing. I live in the United States, so a consultation in Bogotá involves coordinating dates, buying plane tickets, and organizing all the travel logistics. About two years ago, I scheduled an appointment with the doctor, and it was canceled the day before. At that time, they offered me an appointment with another professional, but I had specifically requested a consultation with Dr. Zabaleta. Recently, I tried again to get an appointment. After several months of trying to contact the clinic and receiving little response, I finally managed to schedule one. The appointment was canceled. They assigned me a new date, I bought the tickets to travel to Bogotá, and once again, the appointment was canceled. After experiencing multiple cancellations and seeing that the practice's public image is mainly focused on celebrity influencers, I couldn't help but feel that ordinary patients don't receive the same level of consideration. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but when a clinic serves patients who travel from other cities or from abroad, there should be greater consideration for the time, money, and effort involved in traveling for a consultation. My intention in writing this review is to warn those who live outside of Bogotá or outside of Colombia to carefully confirm their appointments before incurring travel expenses. The experience left me with great frustration and the feeling that some patients' time is not valued the same as others'.
