Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review. The first impression was good, I talked to them on WhatsApp to clarify if they offer the treatments I need, and they said they do. After agreeing on my treatments I booked an appointment. But when I arrived for my appointment, after talking to several people, turned out that they didn’t have one of the treatments I booked. Then I said I want to have the one they can offer me now, but suddenly they said they don’t have the time to do it today, and offered me to book another appointment another day. First of all, I don’t understand - I booked an appointment with 2 treatments and now when I want to do just one, they don’t have time for me? It makes no sense. And second of all, it’s such a waste of time when I specifically talked to them on WhatsApp asking for specific treatments. I don’t live in Bogotá and can’t come in another day. I wasted my time AND didn’t get my facial treatment.
I had an amazing consultation with Dr. llanos. She knew exactly what I wanted for my daily routine and was super educated. Highly recommend for anyone traveling from the states to Colombia.

My experience with the clinic is pretty bad. They told me that cleansing includes manual cleaning which was not true and when I asked for it it was done unprofessionally. Moreover no one bothered to actually evaluate my skin condition before the treatment to check if the treatment I chose is actually accurate for my skin. Overall you pay 230k for something that takes 30 min and leaves you with nothing more than disappointment. It’s done with a machine and there’s no room for individual needs and each person has a different skin and different needs. I asked what can I do if I’m unhappy with the treatment and they told me that I can leave a claim and they will get back to me on the next day... nothing like that happened. If you’re looking for a professional and profound treatment stay away from this place.
