We received excellent medical and human service; all the staff demonstrated their commitment, dedication, and professionalism, from security personnel and nurses to surgeons and administrative staff. We are grateful and respectful for their work and compassion.
Excellent service. It's hard to find a healthcare facility these days where you receive such excellent care, from the reception staff to the nurses, doctors, and everyone else. Very good.
Doctors and nurses were very attentive, security personnel not so much.
The human touch is wonderful, both for the patient and their family. They provide constant updates on the patient's progress and condition, there's a system in place for who enters, and they manage COVID well. The facilities are organized. Aside from the scientific and specialized components, which are undoubtedly excellent, what I'm most impressed by is the human connection! 💕
