From the moment we entered the reception area on the first floor, the service was terrible. The receptionist was inhumane and unfriendly. They think that just because they're sitting there, they know everything. I was accompanying my mother to an endoscopy, and I brought my daughter because I had no one to leave her with. And the receptionist, instead of explaining things politely, got offended because I had my 3-year-old daughter with me. She told me that someone had to pick up the child because otherwise we couldn't go in. In the end, she told us my mother could go in alone. When it's a procedure requiring medical attention, a companion is absolutely necessary. I also work in a healthcare facility, and things aren't like that. In that position, there should be someone kind and empathetic. Everything can be understood through communication. That's why we're in this situation; that's why people are rude—it's a lack of humanity.

Terrible service. I've been waiting a month for a specialist appointment and haven't received a solution. When I contact them via WhatsApp, they don't respond properly and only say there are no appointments available, without offering any alternatives or clear timeframes. Furthermore, they send satisfaction surveys without having provided any real attention or response; they don't even bother to say hello.

Excellent service. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily, and the exam was completed on time. The doctors were very friendly.

My first appointment was here and the service is great, the doctors are very professional and overall everything was perfect.
