They have experience and a nice setup, but it's not worth paying extra. My consultation lasted only 5 minutes; the assigned professional neither explained nor examined anything. Frankly, she wasn't thorough, and the instructions were unclear.

The service is truly terrible, even if it were free. I've had to go there repeatedly for both medical consultations and procedures, and frankly, it leaves much to be desired. The staff are bitter and lack any empathy for the patients. You're paying for this; the security guard is much friendlier than these so-called professionals. Patients often leave feeling scolded or miss their appointments due to a lack of information. For example, my mother, an insulin-dependent patient, was told she had to bring her insulin to administer a few minutes before taking a sachet of sugar syrup so she could fast for the required four hours. And that's not even mentioning how the doctor gets annoyed when we go up to the waiting room and don't immediately bring her the patient information form. They just tell her to go up to the third floor and wait to be called, even though there's no one there. Overall, the service is awful, especially the way they treat patients and handle information. They don't understand that we're unfamiliar with the procedures.

Throughout our entire process following my 5-year-old son's Autism Level 3 diagnosis, we have never encountered such an efficient, empathetic, and compassionate team, so willing to serve all their patients with love and understanding. Very poor service from the reception staff. The employees who deal with the public at reception should treat patients with more respect and consideration, and not as if they were just numbers. They could learn from the healthcare staff at the center who, on the contrary, treat patients with due respect and care.
