Unfortunately, I didn't get to have a pleasant experience or even start my process. I booked and paid the reservation fee, and on the day of the appointment, they told me the price was much higher and that they had made a mistake, assuming I would pay instead of it being their fault. They didn't refund my reservation fee or honor the initial price. It all starts with a lack of professionalism.
I had a very good experience here. The professionals are attentive and good listeners. I felt comfortable opening up, and that made all the difference in my process. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking support.
