They were very attentive to my recovery process after surgery, always responsive to my requests and concerns. Congratulations to everyone for such excellent work.
It was a good experience, the timings were accurate and the service was excellent.
How is it possible that a patient has to wait a week for their medical records to begin potential treatment, and then they are angered and mistreated for prioritizing their own health? The patient requested their documents so they could go to another facility that would prioritize their care, and when they were returned, they were told not to come back.
Excellent service! I'm so glad I received such wonderful service from such professional and helpful people. They deserve a 10/10! 🙏 God bless them.
