I don't understand their disorganization or lack of respect for users of such a vital service as taking this exam. I arrived at the tent in Morasurco at 1:30 pm. The man there told me I would be seen at 2 pm. Some young women arrived and asked for my ID at 2 pm, but I had to ask what was happening. They replied that I had to wait for confirmation from the main office. It's 3 pm now, and I'm still waiting. Isn't there another company with more professionalism that could handle this? They need to improve in every way.

Customer service is really terrible. They always keep their cell phone in voicemail, and the times they answer, they always say they have no appointment. The times I have made an appointment with an internist, the doctors' care has been excellent. It's a shame about the poor customer service. I've been requesting an appointment for over two months and it always goes to voicemail.

It's completely impossible to get through to them using their cell phone or landline. You can send messages via WhatsApp, and even though they acknowledge reading them, they don't bother to reply. The healthcare professionals are good and considerate towards their patients.

Excellent service; they have a wide range of specialized services, including robotics and telemedicine. Highly recommended!
