My experience with this dental practice has been deeply disappointing. I believe there are serious shortcomings in patient care, especially regarding guarantees for procedures performed and transparency in pricing. The additional fees they charge are exorbitant, and when problems arise with a procedure and a guarantee is requested, the response is not to offer solutions, but rather to treat the patient with disrespect and even accuse them of lying.
I've received excellent care during my orthodontic check-ups, which I've been doing for a year. The facilities are always clean, and the professionals are respectful and provide clear information about the progress of my treatment.
