Poor cleaning and hygiene conditions, showing widespread filth and inadequate cleaning protocols, are particularly serious.

The care I and my daughter received was terrible, and on top of that, we had to wait 11 hours for some basic results. The quality of this hospital has declined so much that it's not worth the staff, but what else can you do?
No wonder they prohibit taking photos or videos so other people don't know, because what an unhygienic and badly maintained hospital, the stretchers, the bathrooms and other things.
The service, facilities, capacity, and paperwork leave much to be desired. It's a shame that this is the only option for our children in Caldas. Even getting paid takes forever, and there are no lines.
