The clinic cannot edit or remove reviews here.They released an elderly man from the hospital at 1:30 a.m. with a doctor's order for his admission because they didn't have a bed available. They called me and I told them not to let him leave because I was in Cartagena but was on my way there at that hour. They told me he was elderly and had already been discharged under their responsibility. They said they couldn't detain him. When I managed to get back, I found him lying on a sidewalk about 700 meters from the clinic. A complete lack of humanity on the part of those in charge. Later, I tried calling the hospital's cell phone number several times, but no one answered.
Excellent service, friendly and empathetic staff. A pleasant stay.
The worst clinic for a pregnancy emergency; they don't have a gynecologist or anything, they only treat broken arms there.
Poor care and medical negligence. How is it possible that emergency surgery has to wait more than a week? This is a terrible state of care!
Emergency care is very slow; there are three doctors and it takes 3 hours to get a prescription.
