Clínica Medihelp

We visited this clinic for a rabies vaccination. After the first consultation, we were told to come back the next morning because the vaccine was not available yet. Unfortunately, when we returned the next day, the vaccine was still not there. We were then sent to a private hospital with the assurance that they would definitely have it – which turned out not to be the case. In the end, we had to pay for two consultations without receiving the actual vaccination. On the positive side, the staff was polite and tried to help. However, clearer and more accurate information from the beginning would have saved us a lot of time, stress, and money. Tip for others: rabies vaccines are usually available at local vaccination centers – and in our case, it was even free there.

As a foreigner needing urgent care in Cartagena, I had a great experience at Medihelp Clinic. The staff was professional, I was seen quickly, and everything felt clean and well organized. Communication was clear (in English, my Spanish is extremely poor), and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend for travelers.

I just want to say thank you to the entire medical staff here. My fiance has been here a month and the love and support then have given is amazing. Im from Florida, so its been really rough being this far away from home and sleeping in the hospital almost every night. They have treated us like family. To the ICU Team, Dr. Ponce, the Rehabilitation Team, The security Team and the Piso 4 staff, we've shared laughs and tears but we wouldn't have been able to get to this point without ALL OF YOU. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The collaborator in the clinic are kind and always are attending to help, a mentioned to Sander Mendoza and Alfredo Mendoza are very nice and very good person.
