Terpeutics are great. Service booking exhibit really long waiting queues. Landing treatmebt slots is cllose to impossible. Appointments assigned all over the place.

The doctors and nurses seem to be good...but the other staff seem to have no idea what they are doing and the administration doesn't understand what customer service is. After an endoscopy, I asked the doctor if it makes sense to do a SIBO test for complete diagnostic picture. The doctor said yes and I asked the people at the front desk if I could do it immediately. I paid and went in for the test. Turns out, they did another test, which was redundant and was not needed. SIBO test was not available same day. Since I paid for something I didn't need and it was mostly their fault, I asked if this payment could be at least applied for a virtual consultation with a doctor. They said no. Zero customer service and responsibility!

Today my dad had his appointment at 9:40 am privately, and he was only seen for 6 minutes. He was seen first by a trainee, and then the doctor came very briefly. Unfortunately, the service was very poor, especially when you pay for a service; it's very frustrating to receive that kind of treatment. They repeated a treatment he had already received, even though he said it wasn't working for him. They didn't do a thorough consultation or an in-depth analysis. We booked the appointment here because of the reviews, but we were very disappointed.

The service is excellent and prompt. They attend to you as you arrive. I highly recommend it.

My experience at the Gastricare IPS was very disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 7:15 a.m., and by 8:17 a.m., I still hadn't been seen. It's disrespectful to assign an appointment time if you're not going to honor it. The place was packed with patients. If you don't ask what's going on, they don't say anything. I was seen by the nursing assistant, María Fernanda Villalba. The explanation they gave was that they were handling capitation payments during appointment hours? That doesn't justify playing with patients' time. We all understand that occasional delays can occur, but a wait of more than an hour without clear communication demonstrates a lack of respect for those of us who organize our time to arrive on time. I hope the IPS improves its scheduling and provides more considerate treatment to its patients.
